Cambridge Valley Machining, Inc., a premier contract machining and assembly manufacturer, is pleased to announce that it has received a AS9100B registration certificate from NQA , USA located in Acton, MA. The AS9100B Registration is the aerospace industry Quality System standard, incorporating the principles of ISO 9001 along with elements unique to the aerospace industry.
Upon receiving the certificate, Donald Schneider, President, remarked “Achieving this registration in a relatively short timeframe validates the professional and consistent application of our Quality Management System throughout the organization. Cambridge Valley Machining, Inc. Invests Over $1.4MM in Capital Equipment and Facility Improvements in 2007

Cambridge Valley Machining, Inc. , a premier contract machining and assembly manufacturer, invested over $1.4 million in new capital equipment and improvements to its facility in Washington County, New York during 2007. The Company acquired three CNC horizontal 4-axis machining centers, two CNC turning centers up to 7-axis, two CNC grinders, and other finishing and quality control equipment. CVM also converted a 2,400 square foot warehouse into manufacturing/assembly space.
Cambridge Valley Machining Introduces New Quality Manager

Cambridge Valley Machining, Inc., a premier contract machining and assembly manufacturer, is pleased to announce that David Moore has joined the company as Quality Manager. He brings to the team extensive experience in the quality discipline particularly in the automotive industry. Mr. Moore was previously Quality Assurance Section Leader for NSK Steering Systems America where he was responsible for supplier, customer, and internal quality for their Bennington, Vermont facility.

With the help of the Center for Economic Growth and International Quality Coaching, Inc., CVM is targeting completing the implementation and registration in August 2008. CVM has been ISO9001 registered since 1996.
